Farmer’s lung

A hypersensitivity pneumonitis caused by repeated inhalation of dust from moldy hay or other agricultural products, leading to inflammation of the lung alveoli. This condition is an immune-mediated reaction, primarily involving type III and type IV hypersensitivity. Symptoms include cough, fever, and shortness of breath.
