Magnetolithography
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-013251
A lithographic technique that employs magnetic fields to pattern materials. This method involves using a magnetic mask or magnetic particles to direct the deposition or removal of material on a substrate. It is applied in the fabrication of micro- and nanoscale structures, particularly for magnetic devices.
