Bragg filter
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001465
A type of optical filter that selectively reflects a narrow range of wavelengths while transmitting others, based on the principle of Bragg diffraction. It consists of a periodic structure, such as a fiber Bragg grating, that creates constructive interference for specific wavelengths. These filters are used in spectroscopy to isolate or reject particular spectral lines.
