CD4+/CD25+ T cell
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001767
A subpopulation of T lymphocytes characterized by the co-expression of the CD4 and CD25 surface markers. These cells are a subset of regulatory T cells, which are involved in maintaining immunological tolerance and suppressing immune responses. They are identified by flow cytometry using specific antibodies against their surface proteins.
