Guinier plot
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005060
A graphical method used in small-angle scattering (SAS) to determine the radius of gyration (Rg) of particles in a dilute solution. It involves plotting the natural logarithm of the scattered intensity against the square of the scattering vector. The slope of the linear region at small angles yields Rg.
