Unreactive
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012451
Describing a chemical species that exhibits low chemical reactivity under specified conditions. Such species do not readily undergo chemical transformations or participate in reactions. Noble gases like argon are considered unreactive due to their full valence electron shells, making them chemically inert under most circumstances.
