Channel
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001870
A specific pathway or trajectory through which a chemical reaction can proceed, leading from reactants to products. Each channel corresponds to a distinct set of product states or a particular sequence of elementary steps. In reaction dynamics, different channels are often characterized by their own activation energies and rate constants.
